|  Integral waterproofing compound “ HR PROOF 01/PR HR PROOF 01/L” manufactured by us are of high quality. It is used as an additive for concrete and mortar. The concrete waterproofers are integral admixture which alter the concrete surface so that it becomes water repellant. The integral waterproofing compounds are available in powder and liquid form according to requisite of the client. To make the concrete less permeable to water, the admixtures are added to the green concrete with the following reasons: - Form a thin hydrophobic layer within the pores and voids in the concrete.
- Reduce the size of capillary
- Make concrete or mortar dense & compact by filling up of pores
- Enhance workability
According to IS: 2645 : 2003, the percolation of water through IWC added concrete/mortar should be less than 50% of the reference product.
Dosage :
- For Liquid : 100ml to 200ml per bag of cement
- For Powder : Max 2% by weight of cement or 1kg/bag of cement
Applications :
- Basements
- Roof slabs
- Screeds

- Chloride content is negligible
